Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Some remote destinations may have limited carrier options or longer transit times.

Standard shipping is $6. Orders over $60 qualify for free worldwide standard shipping. Glow Club and Glow Studio members receive free worldwide shipping on all orders. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout in USD.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Typical transit: 3–7 business days (domestic lanes) and 7–20 business days (international), depending on destination and carrier.
• You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient on delivery. Please check the import rules for your country before ordering.

Some rechargeable products contain lithium batteries. Air-freight and delivery to certain remote areas may be restricted or slower for these items due to transport regulations. Where restrictions apply to your address, we will contact you or offer an alternative.

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we'll notify you and offer to wait, swap or refund. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund.
