Payments and card data

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure infrastructure. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's Checkout and is never seen or stored by Amberwick. Where PayPal is offered, PayPal processes those payments under its own terms. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited billing details needed to fulfil and account for your order.

Order fulfilment, delivery and returns data

  • We use your name, delivery address, email and phone to process, pack, dispatch and deliver your order to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
  • We share the delivery address and contact details with our logistics and delivery carriers only as needed to ship your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Billing name and address are processed by our payment provider and used by us to account for the order; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Where you request a return, exchange or refund, we process the related order and contact details through our customer-support channel to resolve it.
  • For cross-border orders, limited order details may be shared with customs or carriers where required to clear and deliver the parcel.
  • Order and fulfilment records are retained for tax and consumer-law periods (see “How long we keep it”).

Who we share it with

  • Payment processors (Stripe; PayPal where offered) to take payment securely.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (including Vercel) that run the website.
