Shipping & delivery
We ship Amberwick worldwide, priced in USD. Free worldwide standard shipping applies on orders over $60; otherwise standard shipping is $6, shown at checkout. Glow Club and Glow Studio members receive free worldwide shipping on every order.
You complete secure checkout and we email an order confirmation.
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days.
You receive tracking by email. Typical transit is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally.
Your cordless set arrives ready to place, drape, stick or hang — no wiring or drilling.
Delivery address & fulfilment
We deliver to the shipping address you enter at checkout. Please make sure your name, delivery address, city, postal code and country are correct — orders are fulfilled and dispatched to that address and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If you spot an error, contact us before dispatch.
Duties, taxes & customs
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient on delivery. Please check the import rules for your country before ordering.
Batteries & lithium handling
Some rechargeable sets contain lithium batteries. Air-freight and delivery to certain remote areas may be restricted or slower for these items under transport regulations. Where a restriction applies to your address, we will contact you or offer an alternative.
Tracking, delays & lost parcels
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. If an item is delayed or a parcel is lost in transit, contact support@amppowerenkg.shopwith your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund.
